Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt – without giving reasons, unless the products are custom-made. Moses baskets are excluded, as they are individually made.

To initiate a return, please contact us at michelaine.co@gmail.com. Returns must be registered in advance – unsolicited returns unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Requirements for Returns

The product must be:

• unused and unworn,
• in its original condition,
• returned with tags and original packaging,
• accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as further instructions for the return.

Exceptions

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Custom-made products (e.g. Moses baskets),
• Sale items and gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your product can be returned, please contact us beforehand.

Damages or Incorrect Delivery

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If anything is damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact us right away so we can find a solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us again.
